I went to Jr. Prom with Dustin Ruitman. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed it a lot. And I also went to Sr. Ball which is kind of like prom. I went with Adam Ferrero. It was also lots of fun. I loved my dress that I designed and my mom made and I actually got my hair done by someone. Probably the best part about it was that it was at a nice hotel and during part of the dance we went off and joined another wedding party going on for a while. We even asked other people there to dance.
ReplyDeleteI actually went to every school dance after I turned 16 years old (including one Junior Prom dance with Heath McDonald when I was still 15). My Junior year (right after I had turned 16), I went to two Homecoming dances (one of them included me flying to Texas to go to Homecoming with Mike Stolle). The Texas Homecoming was by far the most memorable since my date worked all summer to earn the money to fly me out there and then called up on the phone to ask permission from mom and dad and then asked me over the phone if I would go to Homecoming. Homecoming activities spanned two full days in Texas, so we did tons of activities during those two days. Senior Prom with Stan Sumsion was quite memorable as well, but doesn't quite trump the Texas trip!
ReplyDeleteI never went to prom.The only dance I was asked to go to was Homecoming and . . . well . . . let's just say that it was probably the strangest date I have ever been on. I would say that most of my meaningful dating experiences were when I went to college. I guess the amount of dates really doesn't matter though. I only went on one date with Ben before we decided to get married.
